Goan Sangacho Ross/Goan Drumstick Curry

You might have noticed that am cooking from Goan cuisine for this week's blogging marathon. Yes my theme for this week is Regional cuisine from a country. Though many regional cuisine do exists, i couldnt resist to go with Goan cuisine. This cuisine is particularly very interesting to explore as most of their traditional dishes are influenced by the Portuguese cuisine. Seafoods have their own
